To date, Antalya is the fastest growing city in Turkey, it ranks 5th after Bursa in terms of the number of issued construction licenses, the 4th place in terms of the number of residential property sales in general in Turkey and the 2nd place after Istanbul for real estate sales to foreigners. At the same time, the current price per square meter of real estate in Antalya is inadequate to its economic potential, it is much lower than prices in cities like Antalya. Planned and already implemented by the administration of Antalya projects are aimed at increasing the value of the city. In order to make the city the most attractive for local and foreign investors. Work has already begun on the construction of the Boachay channel, the transformation of the Konyaalti embankment and the modernization of Kepeza, the cruise port, the city museum, the modernization of the historical center, the opera house, the "smart city" project, the environmental program and others are planned.
